This rebrand was never just about a fresh look - it was a strategic evolution. We set out to bring clarity, consistency, and purpose to a growing portfolio of premium beachfront properties. With nature already doing much of the heavy lifting, the brand simply needed to unpack what was already there.

The goal was not to change what made Magnetic Group special, it was to reveal it. Unpacking who Magnetic Group was to the core and why they began this journey.
